Design & build

One practice from first survey to final walkthrough, with the people who drew it responsible for building it.

Scope

Keeping design and construction under one roof removes the gap where detail is usually lost. Setting out is checked against the drawing on site, and decisions made during construction are made by people who understand the intent.

Works are sequenced in the order a garden wants to be built: enabling works and drainage, then structures and surfaces, then services and lighting, then soil, planting and finishes.

Scope, sequence and cost are agreed in writing before construction starts, and reviewed with you at each stage.
