Water and light designed into the garden — zoned irrigation and restrained exterior lighting installed with the build.

Scope
Irrigation is zoned to planting types rather than run as one circuit, so establishing beds, lawns and containers each get what they need. Pipework is installed before surfaces and soil go down.
Lighting is used sparingly: enough to make steps and level changes safe, and to give the garden depth after dark, without lighting every plant. Fittings are positioned to be felt rather than seen.
Electrical work is carried out by suitably qualified people, and we coordinate the routes and positions at design stage.
