Scope
Design begins on site: levels, aspect, soil, drainage patterns, existing trees, boundaries, services and the views you already have. What the site gives you shapes what is worth drawing.
From there we work through concept layouts, then resolve them into setting-out and construction information — surfaces, levels, structures, drainage falls, lighting positions and planting plans — so that the garden can be priced and built without guesswork.
Design can be commissioned on its own, or as the first stage of a design-build project we go on to construct.
